“First thing, quality of food excellent, no issues with staff very nice, but new employees need a little more training, labeling sandwiches is needed, also had an order of 5 big sandwiches and only 4 mayonnaise packets were put, I get when your new you will make mistakes, but shadowing is needed, red wine vinegar, had to ask to be put in, no napkins, were also not put in, these are essential for ordering especially if its a big order, but all in all a great place to eat.“

“Didn't have a good experience last time we came, but today I went in around 12:00 pm and the employees all looked happy, I asked the girl working if she could cook my meat because I am pregnant and omg this was the best sandwich ever!! I highly recommend if you order the #9 to ask for the meat to be cooked and it takes it over the top! They were very nice and accommodating to my requests and Im glad (we) stopped in today.“
