“I wanted some carne asada fries and I noticed they opened the new Santiago location. It is the small building that used to be a Wienerschnitzel. I did go pretty late at night....past 9 p.m. The lady working the drive thru at night was nice and delivered excellent customer service. I thought the carne asada fries were good but not the best I ever had. They are similar to Los Alazanes' asada fries but I think Santiago's Carne Asada fries are still better. Would much rather go here than Los Alazanes where the food is good and you actually get great customer service unlike the bitter women working late at night at Los Alazanes. The lady even offered me salsa without me having to ask and I would have forgotten to ask too! I can definitely see myself coming back for some late night asada fries that I can enjoy at home while I watch Netflix, HBO Max or something.“

“One of my all-time favorite places to grab a bite to eat. I'm a loyal taco fan, and they still taste just as good as they did 20 years ago. All the menu items are delicious and always made to order. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and bathrooms are kept clean.
Parking: Has plenty of parking, as well as hundreds of parking spots in the shopping center that they are located.
Kid-friendliness: Lot's of kid friendly options.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking directory in front of entrance and easily accessible.“

“I had a good experience. I ordered a Breakfast Jack and a value drink. Just needed a light breakfast before heading to the Mall. Service was great and all the young ladies were very friendly.“

“worse service ever charged wrong cold meat wrong order disgusting food. didn't care about homeless trying to get inside out vehicle . cold fries and the drive through absolutely the worse saw a roach in the window and when i tried to call got over 4 different voicemail is response so unprofessional and disgusting will be passing the word on to not go here. Absolutely gross 🤢and posting Photos soon“

“This was my first time here, I had family to visit that live in town and I stopped here to check it out!
I was promptly greeted by a young blond haired lady( I didn’t catch her name) but she was so sweet and super helpful.
I ordered 2 tacos asada with Habanero salsa and I was on cloud 9!
The asada was so tender and perfectly seasoned & the salsa was muy picante!
It was the perfect meal!!
Did I mention they offered chips while I waited?! Talk about customer service!
I highly recommend Monarcos Tacos, the food, staff and atmosphere will make you never want to leave!!!“

“Ok...if you want absolutely delicious fresh made asada fries you have GOT to check this little place out. Thin crispy fries loaded with meat, cheese, pico, beans, guacamole and sour cream. The asada is tender and flavorful. Not a piece of gristle. They don't have a/c it seems so dining in is a bit on the warm side...but the food is worth it. Extremely friendly staff too.“

“The food is amazing. I had their pozole since it's my favorite and very few places make it well. Problem solved I found my pozole spot. I came back the next day to try their tacos. The food is great and the service is awesome. Give this place a try if you like authentic Mexican food“
