“The prices are steep, but everyone seems to think they can charge anything they want in California these days, so no big surprise there. The ice cream cakes aren't worth the cost anymore, but the selection is really good, ice cream quality has not gone down, and most of the employees are very nice. Only ever encountered one rude employee when they were closed before posted hours one night and he chose to make a face at me throw his hands up because I tried the door. Very weird reaction and I only mention it so people are aware that I have gone and found it closed early more than once with no sign and the employees who do that seem angry you've shown up more than 30 minutes before closing. I never even knock or demand entry, just pulled because I expected it to be unlocked. Idk, still 4 stars because, honestly, there are people who are bad at every job. I won't judge the ones trying to make an honest living.“

“Omg shout out to the girl who help.us she is sooooo good to children I took all my nephews one was special and couldn't wait he get frustrated and we where waiting for our turn some nice clients let us go ahead because they saw his cry for ice cream and the girl who help was so good she was awesome she did eye contact to all of them ask for there preference patiently waiting im so happy hardly seen this excellent customer service she deserve a raised and a metal she was super great specially with kids who have special needs thank you.“

“Fast and good service. Ice cream flavors are always good and abundant. Plus they have a special monthly flavor. Seats and tables could be cleaned better/more often. And it's very expensive just for a serving of ice cream. I think you save more if you buy the tubs of ice cream they have in the freezer. Overall good vibe 👍🏼“
