Burger King in Visalia

“Food quality was good. The people were very nice and helpful. I do have an issue though. Companies like Burger King and Taco Bell when located at Travel stops jack up their prices and don't honor app specials. That will definitely keep me from stopping there“

“The food was great, but when you’re missing some food in your order, it’s not so great service was amazing. The person at the window was awesome, but I was missing my medium size fries that were supposed to be well done the chicken fries were also stale. I left my number on their voice machine. It is definitely hard to get a hold of them I would post the video, but it won’t let me“

“The food is really good here. Last time we visited we ordered the whopper meal for two with (2) frozen floats and all was great. This place is nice and also clean. The ladies restroom is nice and clean as well. The staff is friendly and out going.“

“I read some reviews and it seems that people only leave reviews when they are mad. Problem is they come through a drive through and instead of checking bags before leaving, they wait until they are home, so they're mad. I've watched as I've sat in the restaurant and see how all the staff are trying to keep things moving, keep things clean and take care of everyone as fast as they can. Mistakes do happen and we have to bear some burden of responsibility for checking the order. It's always done this way at every business that gets product shipped in, why is it different here? People think that every order must be 100% accurate and it's all on BK, but that isn't reality. This location has always given me the best, freshest and hottest food/coffee on every order. You can eat here with confidence but remember if you come in at 9:30PM with a $45 order and expect to be driving off in 2 minutes, it isn't going to happen. Not here, not anywhere.“
