I haven’t felt compelled to write a review in years, but this place really impressed me. Chicken florentine was excellent, amazing even. Would not expect this from your average hotel bar and restaurant combo. Marlo was also great, very attentive but not excessively so, didn’t try to upsell me on anything either. The food here speaks for itself, would be worthy of eating on its own even if you’re not staying at the hotel.
Chile Verde pizza at the DT Lounge is 10/10. The crust is on the thinner side, and it has a great crunch. The sauce has just the right amount of kick and the toppings were fresh.
