Would not expect this from your average hotel bar and restaurant combo. Marlo was also great, very attentive but not excessively so, didn’t try to upsell me on anything either. But let me back up — because this restaurant didn't just host a beautiful dinner, they saved us. Our original venue closed unexpectedly, and we were scrambling. The team at Bistro Di Bufala stepped in without missing a beat. They were calm, communicative, and made us feel like we were their only priority. In what could have been a stressful nightmare, they turned it into something seamless. The planning process was smooth from start to finish. They were organized, responsive, and clearly knew what they were doing when it came to private events. Every detail was handled with care. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. This is Italian done right — fresh, flavorful, and the kind of meal people are still talking about after the wedding. Our guests were raving. And the service on the night of the event was warm, attentive, and professional without being stuffy. The staff made everyone feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. “Good spot to grab a drink, listen to music or play a game of pool. Older retired crowed in the earlier part of the day, a different type of crowd in the evening like most bars. The bartender Gypsy is a good time indeed. No real food options besides chips, plenty of parking behind the bar.“

“Local food review: Yesterday was a good day for me with my Chemo treatment so we decided to try Raised Food in Tulare for our first time. It was a very nice experience with very good service, excellent quality food and a wonderful atmosphere. I had the 12 oz Ribeye that was cooked to my liking and Pam's Beef short Rib was fall of the bone and very tasty. If you want a upscale dining experience , this is a wonderful choice.
