My car's AC went out for a while and I'm new to the area so I was skeptical about going to any auto shop. Read their reviews and it's very encouraging. Brought my car in and dropped it off for diagnosing. Got a call a few hours later that the AC fixed for a very fair price. The front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. That's it - they got a new customer and I got a new home-mechanic that I can trust. Will recommend to my friends and family.
Took my vehicle to Pepe's Auto & Air for AC that wasn't working. They quoted me the estimated repair cost and within 2 hours my vehicle's AC was working like new again. I previously took the vehicle to Firestone. And they could not fix it. I took to the Tulare Ford dealership. They could not fix it. Thank you Patty for the excellent customer service.

These guys are amazing! I needed a new battery and I couldn't find anyone to install it but these guys came to my rescue! I was able to buy a battery from Napa across the street and those guys recommended and even called to see if they were able to install it for me and they did!!! Took less than 15 mins to jump my car from the Napa parking lot and drive it across the street to install! The gentleman even carried my old battery over to Napa for my refund!
