Service was ok but not what I would expect from a nice restaurant. Food took a while to reach out table and was not at all hot. The beans were actually cold and watery. Atmosphere is inviting.
This place is top notch! I have eaten inside but over the past year or so, I almost always get take out. They are so great to add chips and salsa as well as all the accoutrements needed as if I was dining in. Tonight's order was the taco trio with chicken, carne asada and carnitas. I got one of each. The other entree was flautas de maiz. Basically very large taquitos. I chose chicken as the meat. Alcoholic drinks are amazing. They will literally make you anything you can dream up. The food on the other hand is not so great. I had the fish tacos and they were not good. The rice pilaf? was terrible. The beans have a funny after taste. The salsa was good. Taquitos had no flavor, neither did the crispy barbacoa and chicken tacos. Everything was pretty bland. I guess if you have enough to drink, flavor of the food really won't matter after awhile.
