Large, open venue with great views and coastal breeze. Friendly workers and as always fantastic beers! Not sure why this place isn't packed.
My favorite brewery in San Diego with my favorite lager (Farmhouse).

Equally nice to have The Lost Abbey in their own space in Vista again. Plenty of space to stretch out. The beer is as good as ever, with plenty on the menu. The pinball games are a nice and affordable addition for entertainment. BYO food most days.

The pinball collection, now housed in the brewery, is top notch and hosts monthly tournaments, drawing players from SD pinball and the Women’s Belles and Chimes San Diego chapter.
The Lost Abbey is praised as the best brewery in San Diego and one of the best in the world, known for its mixed fermentation and wood‑aged beer. BYO food is accepted most days, and the manager helps with catering and events at reasonable prices.
