It couldve been because I was early, dining in and the broth didn't develop a bitter after taste from over cooking, but it's been awhile since I've had good ramen. The champion ramen had a good mixture of wet and dry flavors. Chashu + seaweed had a subtle fish dry taste vibe which is new. Noodles were chewy and not clumpy mouth feel. I was in MoBay and yes I was in Tokyo.
AJ help was the main thing. Hero is not a buzzword. Vinegar took the edge off. Flavors and fusion rollerblading on my tongue. Take it to the big peach i want to see you in take up those space. Aim High I’d partner with you.

I've been here many times and still ordered the same set. It's always their karaage (Japanese fried chicken) and their spicy mazemiso bowl. Their karaage is breaded, and the inside is so moist and juicy. It's paired with lemon slices, and adding lemon juice is a MUST! The sauce is so creamy and good 💯.
