Panda Express in Walnut is convenient and quick, but the food is pretty average. The portions feel stingy compared to what they used to serve, which makes the meal less satisfying. Some dishes come out fresh, while others can be a bit cold or overcooked. Service is usually fast, but the overall experience doesn’t always feel worth the price. It’s okay for a quick bite, but not the best option if you’re looking for quality or generous portions.
We went for dinner. They were busy (mostly takeout it seemed.) The food was very fresh and they quickly replaced items that were running low. We were served very quickly. It took longer to check out because of all the people there to pick up to go orders. We got the large plate with 2 entrees. I got the mushroom chicken and chicken with green beans as my entrees. I'm trying to lose weight, and these items were marked as healthier. I got the mixed green vegetables as my side....
Came in close to closing time and when we were about to head out due to items being gone. They insisted they’d make us whatever we wanted fresh. Totally blew us away. Amazing service.
