This is a good spot, I'm from Anaheim but come to wasco for work. This is my to go spot for lunch. Food is good and cheap. I've had different plates and they've all been good.
In town for a visit we craved a Mexican lunch. This place looked local enough. Friendly staff we ordered our lunch and in minutes were eating our hot fresh meal. Place is clean and spacious, so no problem getting room between patrons. Our lunch meal was more like a supper time meal. Very fresh and hot. No problem recommending this place to anyone.

I have been going to La Fonda at both the Shafter and Wasco locations for some time. I am just some hapless gringo with a hobby that brings me to the area twice a year or so from my home in Utah.
