So I ordered the fish tacos tonight in Wasco at La Fonda. They were delicious! The breading was crispy, the fish tender, perfect! The tortillas were not the focus of the dish. I am beyond pleasantly surprised! Wasco has a variety of dinner options, even a wonderful little sushi restaurant that sadly, closes early in the evening and therefore is usually unavailable to me, though I will hit it when visiting again in February. But La Fonda fish tacos tonight were the bomb!!!“
