“Nice taco truck, plenty of seating available and conveniently next to a mini market where you can grab your favorite drink.They're super quick. We order for 5 people and it was ready in less than 15. They give you grilled onions and grilled chiles. We come here every other week.“
“Typical Mexican market. Some produce, grocery, snacks. Decent size for Shafter. Pulled here on almost 2 wheels when we saw and smelled the chicken being bbqued in the parking lot. You buy inside at the back at the deli counter where they are being portioned into to-go boxes. They come as whole chickens and with that, we got 10 warm delicious corn tortillas (was surprised at the stack!) Also, 2 small containers of some of the best, hottest salsa. Tasted homemade to me. Finally, a place giving me some spicy heat!!!! We ate every single thing in the box that night. I would put that salsa on everything! The chicken was seasoned to perfection. May have even been brined prior to cooking. So fresh. Also at the deli, I bought 6 loose jumbo shrimp for a pasta dish at home that cost me a crazy $2. They were very good. The produce section had a good selection of hot peppers that I bought. All, so reasonably priced. And the avocados were large and nice looking. Friendliest? No. But I would make the drive out here again and again for that chicken and the salsa (weekends or maybe Sundays only?) Those items brought a 3 star market in my eyes, to a 4.“

“Love this place. The menu is exciting. You have to get the Chile verde bean dip! The service is on point. Family owned and operated and on the premises morning to night! Such a hard working family. Always making sure to make you feel welcomed and well fed. They have margaritas too! Give em a try, you won't be disappointed.“
