“Great experience at Baja today! We've had the misfortune of losing the Baja Fresh locations from our area, so my spouse's eyes lit up when they saw a Baja Fresh on our road trip down the 5.

The employee that took our order was super kind, patient, and witty, even though I changed my mind two times (hanger moment). She even offered suggestions for our meal. THEN she went out of her way to bring the food to us. 🤯 Mind blowing for a fast food joint! The employee was also quick with our last minute request to get one item to-go and supplied me with extra tortillas (update: it was just the third shrimp taco). 😍 We also ordered churros which were semi-housemade but tasted good too.

The food was flavorful and perfectly cooked. I had the shrimp tacos and the shrimp were plump and juicy. The mango salsa I added from the salsa bar was also yummy.

Now I remembered why we like Baja Fresh. We were so happy that we gladly tipped them some cash we had on hand.

The decor is a bit lacking. There were only two dining table height spots and the rest were counter height. Not great for families with little kids, if dining height seats were all taken.“
