“New ownership has turned over a new leaf.

The staff are helpful and polite.
There are fresher and more variety of ingredients.
The store is clean and tidy.

The only complaint I have is that often walk-in customers are placed below order-ahead customers which leads to slower service and extra waiting too nobodies benefit.“

“Popped into this subway last minute on Saturday morning to order 14 foot longs for a big crew. Not only were Leif and Tory fast and efficient at making all of our sandwiches correctly, but they did it with a smile! These days it’s hard to come across fast, easy, and friendly service so when I do receive outstanding service I really do appreciate it! Thanks again guys.“

“i just would like to give a shout out to KEST !! He is always so nice and kind and speaks with respect to his customers ! He is always smiling and works with confidence. Evertime im in the store he is always multitasking around behind the counter keeping busy and makes AWESOME sandwiches ( not Sloppy ones !) Thank you Kest ! “I never have issues with this location until today. I placed an order on the app and my sandwich was wrong. I paid for double meat and didn’t get it. It was during my lunch break so I just placed the order went and picked it up and went back to work. I only get a 30 min lunch break so didn’t have time to go back. I tried calling this location and the phone is disconnected. Trying to talk to someone online to get a remake or refund seems impossible. They were super busy so I get it, mistakes happen. Just a let down when I pay for extra protein and don’t receive it. Changed my review to a 5 because I went in after work and they made me a new one with the double protein. I feel bad because they get super busy especially around lunch and they only have 1 employee working. Thank you for making it right!“

“Went in on Saturday around lunchtime, it got moderately busy quickly with about 4 people waiting behind me. I asked the sandwich artist if she knew whether or not the veggie patty at this location was vegan. She wasn't for sure if it was or not but offered to check the ingredients; I told her don't worry about it I'd get something else to not hold up the line. She disappeared into the back for a minute and then came back and let me know there was no milk or eggs in thr ingredients, but that they were processed in a factory where those ingredients are used. So I was able to order the veggie patty as it was vegan! I so appreciate that she took the time to check despite being busy, and didn't make me feel rushed. They got everyone taken care of quickly. The bread was soft and fresh, all of the veggies were crispy and had good flavours. When I ordered the sweet onion sauce she let me know that they had changed the sauce to include teriyaki, to make sure I would still like that. Both women working were attentive to detail and very polite. I will add this to my list of places to grab a vegan bite to eat.“

“Besides the fact that I had already started eating my sandwich an shared with my daughter the size was nice and perfect sandwich is wonderful I definitely recommend to anyone and note I’m very picky about my sandwich’s. Considering we got one combo and additional sandwich we spent around 27$.“
