This place might have the best chicken Caesar wrap in the SGV. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. For a limited time this spot is having a Cesar wrap for their summer menu so yall know I gotta try it. Not gonna lie it did take me a hot minute to get it but boy was it worth the wait. My favorite local brewery with great food and beer options. The brewery also sponsors the HCM events which are a great time.

Burning Bridge Brewing is a local brewery with a location at Haven City Market that lives up to its San Dimas spot. The place is a food hall that is awesome and huge, with something for everyone. The chicken Caesar wrap might be the best in the SGV. For a limited time, this spot has a Cesar wrap on its summer menu. The wrap has really good ratios of savory not dry chicken, some Parmesan cheese, crisp fresh nutty lettuce, crunchy fried tortilla chip bits, and just the right amount of flavorful umami Cesar dressing, all in a decently grilled chewy tortilla. The burger was a bit greasy but tasty. The Spinning Plate Records collab beer was delicious and strong. The spicy mango seltzer with a chamoy rim always hits and pairs well with almost any meal. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to make recommendations. The service was fantastic and quick. It is a pretty busy place, but there is never a long wait. The environment is great, and the food and drinks are good.
