“Every other night I go to Carl's Jr in covina on Azusa Ave and Ms.Ana I believe she's the manager and if she isn't, than she should be. She always greets her customers with professionalism, shes so polite, friendly and always with a smile. She explains the menu and the deals when you're not sure even if shes busy with customers. She's the reason why my daughter and I go especially because she makes the most yummy shakes lol. Thank you Ana for always treating us like royalty. Take care of your employees Carl's jr, because sometimes they are the reasons why we go back to your establishments for the service. One more thing the place is always clean with plenty of room to sit.“

“It is a typical Carl's Jr. establishment. This one is located on the corner of Eastland Center. I have visited this place, several times, in March and April of 2024, when I worked in the area. I would come here, to have my lunch. The meals were well-made, and delicious, at the same time. During my visits, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy my lunch meals. The tables, and the place overall, was neat and well maintained. Furthermore, the staff members were courteous, and helpful. Of course, I cannot forget to mention that prices, too, were not on the expensive side. So, if anyone enjoys burger meals, and is visiting West Covina, I would recommend a visit to this establishment. The prices, and delicious meals, themselves, are worth the visit.“
