There was a bit of a mess up with my order, which he took full responsibility for, was very apologetic, and he went over and beyond to rectify the situation. He clearly values his position and the Charlie's brand. Thank you Eric! I truly felt valued as a customer and will definitely be back. “What a sweet experience! My group of 4 was welcomed in and sat immediately. The staff were so nice not to mention the girly atmosphere. This was a cute place to go to get an affordable and hearty breakfast. I got an American omlette with a mimosa flight. Big plus: the toast that came with !! Delish!

“Food court mostly comprised of Asian food (Chinese, Korean, Malaysian, etc). Good spot to check out if you're craving Asian food, but you can't make up your mind on what type of Asian food. Portions are generous. Well priced for a food court.

The food is pretty traditional, and seasoning is good. Kinda gives me home cooking vibes.“
