About Thumbling

Thumbling is a lively and busy restaurant that offers a variety of dishes, including vegetarian options like noodles, rice, and dumplings. The food is delicious and comes out super fast, making it great for those who are in a hurry. The menu features favorites such as pan-fried buns, spicy wontons, and flavorful steamed dumplings, including steamed pork buns that are super tasty and soft. Thumbling is known for its quick, friendly service and a user-friendly app-based ordering system, which is "introvert-friendly" and allows customers to order without a waiter. While parking in the plaza can be tough, and condiments and sauces are not always available, the prices are good, and the flavors are excellent. Some reviewers have compared Thumbling favorably to well-known dumpling places like Din Tai Fung and Mama Lu's Dumpling House, praising the great flavors and quick service. The restaurant is a good choice for families or dates, and even though there may be a wait during busy times, it moves quickly. Despite some minor issues like extra charges for ginger or staff hovering during the dinner rush, Thumbling remains highly recommended.

The food is always good from here. I love the dumplings and soup dumplings. They make really good drinks. You order on your phone at the table if you eat inside. I just order mine before I get there to go. Parking lot gets full but if you don’t mind a little walk in a food heaven shopping center.

Dude this place is so good... I don't often get Taiwanese food but man I don't think I'll ever forget the food here. We ordered a lot of dishes and shared. All of it was amazing but the beef rolls were sooo good. The staff is very attentive too and the manager was really nice. Also they seem to be always packed. Even on a Monday night it was super busy.
If there's anything I have to complain about, they use the QR code menus instead of real menus. Dislike that, but...read full review
The food here is amazing! More affordable and bigger portions than Din Tai Fung. My favorite dishes are the string beans, pork stir fried noodles, xia long bao, and pan fried pork buns.
