We had to stop going regularly because my husband and I moved out of state, but every time we visit California, we make it a point to visit. It’s always a joy to see everyone. “A little bit pricey but it is very very good quality food. Eggs are super fresh, good strong coffee, everything I’ve had there has been fantastic. Ambience is lovely as well.

Parking: Small parking lot right by the restaurant that can get full. Plenty of parking on the opposite side of the building if there are no spots.“

“I have been going to Porto's since the 1980's..the one in Glendale. How elated I was with having them being in Northridge where I live. The food is terrific and the lines go fast due to a tremendous quick system they have. The catering for parties has never let us down and people you have invited that never have experienced Portos are thrilled. The cakes are delicious. What I do miss is not having the individual cake slices for purchase so you can experience the taste. They only have the neapolitan, Parisian, and carrot for slices. I've seen the menu change over time and do miss some of the items.“

The sliders were not too spicy as I asked, and they supplied Plenty of pickles the chicken was a little dry, but I also ordered five minutes before they closed at night. I would expect that they offer the option to get extra sauce, but I did not see that as an option. That is way too bad. They should add it into the app Overall was pretty darn good and I will get it again and try a little more spice And maybe by then, they will have the extra sauce as an option on the app that would be awesome“

“I just went for a 2nd time last night (1st time was last year) and oh my gosh this place is awesome! not only is the food absolutely delicious and there's a huge variety of things you could get but the service is fantastic and the servers and owner- a young lady we met, are all so nice and helpful and considerate. Throw in the prices are so reasonable compared to many. I so wish there was one closer to my home over on the west side of L.A.,. but I'll just have to make the trip more often!“

“Great spot to get a quick eat. Burgers start at $9.99 & go up to $12.99, I believe. Service was great & the food came out super quick. I ordered the spicy smash burger. Honestly, it was pretty good.

The only change I would suggest is to substitute the regular cheese with pepper jack since it is the spicy version of the smash burger.

Also, I would lean towards ordering the curly fires with the order instead of the regular fries. The regular fries are okay, I feel that the curly fries had a lot more texture & flavor to offer that goes well with the meal.

All in all, I'd go back if I find myself in the area. They just gotta be careful in case some sea crustacean, like a Plankton, tries to steal their burger formula for himself.“

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to take a photo of my pizza because I was too eager to enjoy it, but I’ll try to snap a picture next time. The pepperoni, in particular, is a standout and surpasses any other I’ve tried elsewhere. It comes highly recommended. The crust, cheese, and all other components are exceptionally delicious. I strongly recommend it to everyone in Woodland Hills and beyond. It’s definitely worth the drive! They also offer pizza by the slice, which is fantastic.“

“What an incredible hidden gem! We were craving Italian food and decided to check out Al Italiano. Walked in on a Tuesday night a little before closing. Eddie and the owner Robert greeted us warmly. The menu has some great options and we were indecisive what to order. Our waiter Eddie is a first class professional and answered all our questions with patience and in details. His recommendations were amazing. We ordered Eggplant Parmesan, Veal Piccata, Children’s cheese pizza, Salumiere pizza and their homemade Tiramisu. Everything was excellent and so tasty. The whole experience at Al Italiano was outstanding and unforgettable. Robert is a great business owner who actually cares and treats you like family. His whole staff is very respectful and helpful. It has a green fake grass outside for people with dogs, and apparently, they donate money to shelters from their profits.

So is buying a pizza since part is donated to charity considered a tax deduction???? Kidding.

Mashed avocado, toasted red pepper flakes and blistered teardrop tomatoes topped with sunflower seeds, pickled red onions and micro greens on thick toasted multigrain bread.

Azalea sandwich - HARD PASS FOR ME next time
Smoky chipotle sauce, fried egg, Pepper Jack cheese, caramelized onions, black forest ham, crisp bacon and pico de gallo on a toasted ciabatta.

New recipe made with *black sesame paste,* simple syrup and a little charcoal to keep the same spirit of the original.

“I eat a lot of Mexican food and living in Agoura over 20 years it has always baffled me as to why there isn’t a decent Mexican place to eat. Yes, I’ve tried the other options. Because of this, I learned how to make many Mexican dishes.
Well last week I found Blue Agave and this place is for real.
For a New Mexican place I usually go bean and cheese burrito. If you can’t do that right, you’ll be closing soon. Like a deli that can’t make a blt.
This time I went vegetarian burrito and it was a great choice. Big burrito, plenty of fillings and I had to finish next day. Since, cheese enchiladas, shredded hard shell chicken tacos beans, rice and probably some of the best chile verde I’ve had in a very long time.
I am thrilled to say we have a legit Mexican place here in Agoura! Do yourself a favor next time you want Mexican for either breakfast, lunch or dinner and find your way to Blue Agave.“

“Pibbles n Kibbles Animal Rescue held an adoption event here April 19. Lots of people stopped by, we had several adoptions. And some very tasty pizza. I also thought their house brewed Amber beer was exceptional. Totally recommend this place for events or just a nice afternoon or evening out.“
