Ordered online for faster service before going to work and when I got there my drink was not ready. The girl, Katie was rude and not helpful. Instead she socialized with another employee whom had the day off so I got to hear about their weekend plans. I had to ask about my drink twice and when she finally gave me my drink she didnβt say anything. No apology, no thank you, no have a nice day. Nothing!
