We ate at Irv's Burgers at Durango Resort in Vegas. It was absolutely the worst burger I have had my entire life. Beef patty was cooked to a burnt shoe leather consistency. I added extra lettuce tomatoes and Onions, which i could barley find on the burger. the chili fries tasted like Hormel chili out of a can. Wifes burger was just as bad. wait was at least 45 minutes, with ten people in line ahead of me.
Placed an order via Uber Eats, 56 seconds later (per uber themselves) I cancelled this order when I saw how far away this place was from my home. Uber says Irv’s policy is the second the get the order, they do not issue refunds. Do not do business with people like this, they seem to be perfectly fine stealing peoples money, what do you think they are doing to the food to save a buck?
We are visiting town from Texas and ran across Irvs burgers in Balboa. Service was friendly and quick. Breakfast burritos was perfect and the patty melt was amazing. Definitely recommend the chili cheese fries as well.
The manager was friendly and welcoming!
