Their happy hour is solid! My server Mackenzie was so sweet and provided the best recommendations :) felt like I was in really good hands.
The space is beautiful and has such an elevated atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend trying the 24-hour short rib. It was so tender, flavorful, and definitely one of my favorite dishes of the night! Everything we ordered was well-prepared and packed with flavor. You can tell the attention to detail they put into every dish.

I stopped by JINYA on a Sunday evening around 8pm and was blown away by the quality of their noodles. I ordered the signature cold buckwheat noodles with spicy miso, which arrived at my table steaming hot and perfectly seasoned. The attentive service staff refilled my tea cup multiple times throughout the meal, and the cozy atmosphere made for a lovely dinner date spot. Overall, a fantastic experience that left me craving their delicious noodles again soon.

JINYA in West Hollywood is an amazing place for ramen lovers. The space is beautiful and has such an elevated atmosphere, and the food is absolutely delicious. The 24-hour short rib is highly recommended—it is tender, flavorful, and a favorite dish. Everything ordered is well-prepared and packed with flavor, with attention to detail in every dish. The spicy tuna roll is cooked to perfection, with generous sauce and toppings. The signature cold buckwheat noodles with spicy miso arrive steaming hot and perfectly seasoned. The chicken skewer is juicy, better than any yakitori places in LA, and the fish is moist, almost like it was steamed. The parfait has many components that go together well. The ramen bowls are huge. The service is excellent and attentive, with staff refilling tea cups and making sure guests have everything needed. The atmosphere is modern, welcoming, and cozy, with a quiet, intimate evening vibe and a pretty outdoor area. The hosts greet guests warmly. It is a lovely dinner date spot and a hidden gem in the bustling area. A great experience that leaves guests craving the delicious noodles again.
