Loved Tom Tom. The atmosphere was awesome. Service was great until it picked up a little then it went to good, but still nothing to complain about. Food was good. Overall, would happily go back.
We were very excited to try tomtom, However the service wasn't there. We had to keep tracking our server down to get anything. Food and drinks were ok, steak dinner was really good. I wouldn't recommend the zucchini chips. The restaurant itself is very nice. Wonderful decor and ambiance.
Everything was amazing, shout out to our server Ben was outstanding, extremely personable and provided great service. Atmosphere was great, food was amazing, we got the steak board and the chicken and waffles and the goat cheese balls. Schwartz stopped in and made the experience even better by conversating and photo ops with not just my wife and I but also other patrons. All and all, was the perfect experience
Food was good but the service was lacking. Sat for about 10 minutes before a server came to even acknowledge us. It was not busy as they had just opened. Food came out one at a time. First plate was out for at least 12 min before the next and at least 5 minutes in between the next 2 coming. 4 total. Food dropped and never saw our server again until we got the check. Overall it was meh. Food was tasty. Drinks good.
The decor is beautiful, but the service was very poor. Our waiter rarely checked on our table or asked if we wanted more drinks. We went for brunch and were surprised that there was no coffee. We had to ask for butter for our waffles, ketchup for the fries and my son's meal didn't come with the rest. When his meal finally arrived, we were almost done with our meals. He ordered the lox benedict and there was no paprika on his eggs and no pico on the salad that came on the side as detailed on the menu.

I wanted to go to Tom Tom because I watch Vanderpump Rules. I was delighted by how good the food was. From the outside, the restaurant is underwhelming. It feels more like a bar. However, when you walk to the back, it's charming and has a relaxing, bohemian romantic feel. The food was great! I tried the famous goat cheese balls, their chopped salad, and the sliders. The cocktails were delicious, and I was impressed by Vanderpump vodka. The crowd was touristy. I hoped to see the cast but did not see anyone. Would I come here again? Maybe.
Me and my boyfriend went to TomTom to celebrate my birthday. It was very memorable the host all told me happy birthday because it was on our reservation. We got a nice seat next to the bar. Our server and bus boy were quick and attentive. I would definitely be coming again.
Food and service were very good. The music playing was upbeat and good but could have been turned down a little as it was a bit hard to hear when we were eating. Ambience was really nice.

Pomagrante seeds on everything. But the goat cheese balls were fire. The tuna tartar was lacking flavour. I went here with a friend cause I love the show and love the Tom's!! However.... My friend and I paid for the bill sat around a bit and left in our Lyft . My friend who made the reservation had a VM when we returned to her house it said " we're going to call the police on you, you guys dined and dash and we have it on video, if you don't return now to pay the bill". We called to speak to management and only the host answered and still stuck to their story, my friend and I were not paying for another car back, and said we can screenshot you our credit card statements they agreed. We screnshotteed our bills ( which almost seems like a scam now...) called to speak to management , but again got put on hold for a long tkme and spoke to the host, who said they'll review the email. Never heard one thing back...never a sorry never a confirm. Never the police. Terrible service, to accuse your customers of stealing and not apologizing. Literally the waiter said thank you to us as we paid... Never will be back. Sorry Tom and Lisa

We had a fantastic experience at Tom Tom. We made reservations on Open Table, and we were seared very quickly. Chad was our server and he was fantastic! Very funny and very attentive! Highly recommend the goat cheese balls and the cauliflower appetizer. The drinks were superb! Also, the music selection was great!

The place is pretty. But I'm pretty sure we just were sat on the pump side? Maybe it doesn't matter and it's all one restaurant now, I'm not sure. The food was tasty. But our drinks were just okay and both our food and drinks took forever to come out. The drinks (a Coke and an espresso martini) took about half an hour, and our food took over an hour. It's didn't help that the other waiter (there were only like 2 for the whole restaurant) kept bring out all kinds of dishes that weren't for us from table to table trying to figure out where they went to. The waiter at the end was very apologetic (we hadn't complained to them, they just voluntarily apologized) and said everyone was out and that they were short staffed (probably all at Coachella lol). Overall not worth the hype. This is a skip.

BEAU! This bartender was everything! He was SO fun! He was so engaging, entertaining, funny, sweet, kind and made us 5 girls feel so comfortable. We were there this past Sunday( before we had dinner reservations at 7 pm at SUR and we didn’t want to leave! We had an absolute blast. If you go, which you should, I hope you get to have Beau as your bartender !!!
