Stopped in here for an early dinner to go while on a business trip in the area. Since it was early, I was surprised how long it took to get my order, but everything else I was very happy about. Ordered combo chicken enchilada and chile relleno with beans and rice and it was excellent. Portion was good and they had the traditional lettuce and toppings that make this dish so good.
Oscars is a Sacramento/West Sacramento staple, come hungry leave and you will leave stuffed. Some of the best all around burritos and breakfast burritos are a great way to start the day as well. Plenty of seating, parking, and a great salsa bar.
We LOVE Oscar's on Harbor! My husband and I are from San Diego and we grew up spoiled with amazing Mexican fast food restaurants on every block. Oscar's in West Sac is the only place we've found in the Sac area that has the same great quality and service with huge variety in menu items, all relatively affordable.
