Foods are ok
Pricey for small portions
Service is not good and one young waitres is having an attitude after we asked for xtra napkins because the first 2 servers forget our request.
Because of that no tip

There was a roach on one of the tables near where the kitchen door was. I wish I got a picture but I left immediately. Not to mention it took forever for us to even get served. Please be very mindful when you decide to dine here!

Blueberry Earl Grey cookie is delicious. Servers were attentive and friendly. The drip coffee wasn't great but I appreciated having my own little pot.

I've visited several times and genuinely enjoy the baked goods. However, I've had repeated negative experiences with one server (I believe his name is Zaid). He is taller, with black hair and stud earrings.
On multiple occasions, I've been approached in a way that felt rude and unnecessarily aggressive. I always try to remain polite, but the interactions have consistently felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I hope management addresses this, as it takes away from an otherwise great experience. Customers should feel welcomed and respected.
Please do better!!

I stopped by the bakery hoping for something amazing, and while the pastries were solid, I found the coffee a bit underwhelming. The atmosphere is nice, though, and I might give it another shot for the cakes next time!

Service is not what it used to be at this location. No one seems to want to serve you or help. It's strange.

Today I invited my husband to have breakfast at your restaurant because I previously visited your LA locations twice and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing.

My husband was very unhappy with the bread, which was supposed to be toast but tasted like cheap supermarket bread. There was no potato option available — he was looking for hash browns, which is a standard breakfast item in the U.S.

The ham he ordered was also very surprising — it tasted like cold, thin low-quality deli meat straight from a supermarket fridge rather than freshly prepared food.

He ordered three scrambled eggs, but the portion was incredibly small — not even half of what would be considered a normal serving.

We were also served quinoa in a separate bowl. It was spoiled. I tasted it and felt nauseous immediately. It tasted sour, as if it had been sitting in a refrigerator for weeks.

My avocado toast was also very strange. Again, the bread tasted like low-quality store bread, and it was simply topped with mashed avocado, salt, and sunflower oil. This does not meet the standard of a proper avocado toast. The greens on the plate also seemed wilted and not fresh.

In the end, we barely ate the food and had to leave most of it untouched. The total bill was almost $100, which feels extremely overpriced given the quality of what we received.

I would like to be contacted by management to resolve this situation. We are very unhappy with this experience and would like to request a refund. I have the receipt. Please contact me.

Came here for brunch with my family, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The waitress told me they didn’t have strawberry matcha, even though I’ve ordered it here before. I then ordered a chia pudding, which oddly included the same strawberry syrup they use for the strawberry matcha.
I was also charged an additional $3.50 to add one egg to my egg scramble, bringing the total to $18 for just four scrambled eggs — no toast and no potatoes included, which felt unreasonable.
Toward the end of our brunch, the host spilled avocado onto my husband’s left leg after he had clearly stated that he is allergic to avocado. There was no apology and no offer of a napkin. When my husband requested alcohol wipes due to his allergy, her response was simply, “Why?” which was concerning and unprofessional.
Between the misinformation, excessive charges, and the very poor handling of a serious food allergy, this visit was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I normally order quiche & salad. I also like the sunny side breakfast bowl. The restaurant is good for doing some reading, or computer work inside or outside.

Good food, but the past few times I have been there the service has been HORRIBLE! The servers just walk right past us without stopping to check on us or even looking our direction. The manager is young and not helpful at all when I complained. Nothing changed the next time I went it. The lack of work ethic with this new generation is so disappointing!

We visited this place 3 times. The first time, super slow service. Second time, same thing. Third and last try, we were hoping to have better results, but same thing, unfortunately.

When you walk in, no one greets you, even if they see you. As a customer, it is not a good feeling to feel as if you are invisible.

You choose where you'd like to sit, which is convenient, but then you have to beg for a server to help you, even if there is hardly any business. For some reason, the servers feel as if they are doing you a favor by responding to you. Even to get a glass of water while you wait may take up to 10 minutes, which makes no sense.

It is well known that in France there is not good service offered at restaurants, especially to tourists, but this is not France and the servers are definitely not French, so we have no idea why the level of service is so bad.

It's a shame because we live and work in Westlake Village and were trying to give this place our business, but they do not deserve it. There are quite a few other places in the area who offer much better service and who deserve the business.

When you finally do get a server to agree to help and take the order, it takes a very long time for the food to arrive. Even the coffee was cold. Any issues with the order, you have to wait quite a while all over again.

If this place could have offered better service, we would have loved to keep dining here, so it's a shame that this is not the case.
