I had been craving the food at Tikka Grill Healthy Fusion for months. Came here last week. After trying numerous restaurant foods in the San Fernando Valley. I craved food that completely stands out from everything else. This food definitely has its own identity. The ingredients are so fresh and healthy. Never disappoints has been 100% consistent. Deliciously fresh, healthy. Love it. It's worth the 35-minute drive. Had some somosas that were piping warm, freshly made amazing...
Food and service is exceptional for what it is. It is a generous portion of delicious and well prepared food at a very reasonable price. It isn't a fancy place and the food isn't fancy or pretentious. Just delicious.
I came here thinking it would be Indian food, but I guess it’s more a latin American fusion? There’s salsa next to the watered down tamarind sauce. I got the chicken curry plate and it wasn’t very good. The chicken was soft and tender and well cooked but the sauce lacked flavor. it definitely did not taste like it had Indian spices in it. I am pretty sure that the saffron rice did not have saffron, but instead had achiote seasoning. Theyre both yellow.
