I have to say this place is good. Simple menu and good quality food. The bun bo is pretty good and satisfying. But they need to turn on AC. I’m going come back and try the rest of the menu when it’s cooler.
Today I went with my mom and sister. They ordered one beef soup special and the other beef soup. I ordered the chicken dish.
Both soups arrived in steaming hot metal bowls with herbs, pickled onions, noodles, and thinly sliced meats on the side. The broths were very flavorful and I would recommend the special. The bowls were extremely hot so the soups stayed warm for a long time.
My dish came last with a side of soup. It’s poached chicken with salad, rice, sliced...read full review

Bếp Mẹ Nấm offers a simple menu with good quality food, focusing mainly on bún (vermicelli noodles). The bun bo is pretty good and satisfying, and the hot stone bowl keeps the soup hot until the very last spoonful. The broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned with a nice hint of spice. The beef is tender and the portions are generous. The house special Bún mam is about 8/10 with a generous portion of meat and fixings, though the broth is not there yet. The Bún Bò Huê’ is so so, lacking enough burst flavor. The condiments are fantastic, piled high with bean sprouts, all sorts of mints, and shredded banana bulb. Poached chicken with salad, rice, sliced veggies, herbs, and dipping sauce was moist and flavorful, but there were lots of bones to watch for. The salad was very delectable with crunchy and refreshing carrots and daikons. The menu essentially contains just five items, meaning a lot of practice and focus is put into them. Service was great. The broth is well flavored with cleared water and not too busy in the bowl. The bowl is a bit hot, so waiting a little before eating is advised. Banh Canh Cua is also good, with excellent and tasty sauce. Highly recommended.
