We just found our new go-to sushi spot!My husband and I are both big sushi lovers, but we are very particular and with very different preferences. This place had everything you could want. There is a nice variety, but the menu isn’t overwhelming. The service is efficient without being hurried. The chefs are all friendly. We noticed a nice mix of regulars and newcomers. Checking out the Vons and Target stores today with the grand daughter and the lovely missus. There is a Japanese restaurant called Gesshin. Parking could be a challenge on that side of the shopping center. We found the entrance and I recognize and remember the name Gesshin that we went to years ago. It is still in the same spot. I literally love this place, I grew up eating here. The server remembers me as the one who ate like 16pcs of salmon sushi, and drank a whole bottle of Yogurt. She's so nice! This place is the most friendliest place I ever went to. Food takes couple minutes, not a big wait. The place is pretty busy , but you'll probably wait for around 10minutes. Overall, this place is great!
