We thought this is a new location of a very popular Northern Vietnamese noodles restaurant (same name) but it's not and it's worse. They have limited selections. The food was just OK but the service was great and friendly. The parking is only for the restaurant and some additional street parking so it's not an issue. They do have temp outdoor dining area. They only take cash.
They do offer a specialty northern dishes but not sure if it's worth another visit, there's not a whole lot of service, ie charge $1 for table water, Vietnamese coffee served in foam cup, paying by cash only. Another word, not much hospitality. Probably won't be coming back for a long while.
Good food, we ordered Shrimp cake with sweet potatoes, very crunchy and taste delicious, grill pork with rice noodles very authentic Northern Vietnamese dishes which our former president Obama had in Hanoi, ordered crab eggroll "nem ran" perfectly cooked. Highly recommended.
