Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks in Westwood.
I arrived about 15 minutes before the posted closing time. As I was approaching the entrance, a staff member who appeared to be handling cleaning duties locked the door right in front of me and told me they were already closed.
What made the situation even more surprising was that one of the baristas noticed what happened and told her to open the door again. So clearly, the store was not actually closed...read full review

Evan is a5 STAR EMPLOYEE. Evan has excellent customer service skills, he should be a MANAGER. I will always come to this location because I know Evan will be there with a smile and a warm walcome.
EVAN, is AMAZING, he is a DIAMOND in the rough. Evan should train all of the employees in the company, he actually could sell REAL ESTATE, or a high end product and make Millions. I hope is promoted.

Starbucks is a popular spot in Westwood, known for its well-blended Frappuccinos and good customer service. This location features a pick-up and go design with no indoor seating, and outdoor patio seating is limited and unshaded. It has parking issues, but some customers have noted that the service is better than other locations they have visited. Ordering can take some time, especially during busy periods, and service can be inconsistent. Despite this, the drinks and bakery items, like bacon egg bites, are solid. A customer praised a morning server for being attentive and kind. Another customer appreciated the trust shown by a barista when a credit card was declined, allowing them to return later to pay. If looking for gift cards, it may be better to try another location.
