“We went to the Newport Beach location a couple of weeks ago. This was my first time ordering an acai bowl. The staff was very helpful and patient when I was building my bowl. Overall, from the time we walked in to the time we left, the staff was extremely friendly and nice.“

“There’s so many different options when it comes to your bowl. I’ve never seen soo many new base’s besides dragon fruit and acai. They had coconut, Matcha, UBE, blue dream. I got coconut base base, dragon, fruit, blue dream, and acai base. The ball was good and the 16 ounce bowl was only $12.“

“I stopped by Berry Brand in Cerritos and tried their customized acai bowl—it was absolutely delicious! The fruits were super fresh, and I really appreciated how friendly the workers were. The shop is nice and clean, and the prices are very reasonable. I asked for extra peanut butter and they added it at no extra cost, which was such a nice touch. They also have free parking, which makes it super convenient. Great quality food and great service—I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I usually come in person when I get movita. And it's usually pretty good when made correctly. With the exception of noticing some of the food items being made differently than what it's supposed to. (My bf pointed this out one of the last times we went in), but I let it be out of sympathy due to not knowing if the person making our drinks/food was new or not. (Which I know is silly because it can potentially cause someone to have an allergic reaction). But today, I ordered through doordash because I was busy and didn't have the time to go out to norwalk to get my usuals. Just to find out I got something completely different (and not even my order), I know it's mostly the dashers' fault for not checking prior. But even with the fact that that's what he told me, they gave him ( not sure if he used my name or not). Now I'm left with something completely different and waiting on my refund because I didn't get the chance to get dasher credit to reorder my order. 🙄 now I don't even know if I should reorder and hope for the best or just get something else so I'm not dropping 25+ on something I'm not even getting.“

“First time trying and I was impressed with the color and taste of the Spirulina smoothie. I can say this is a highly tasty and delicious smoothie, brought me back to life quite literally! The young gentleman at the counter was super kind and attentive to any questions I had. I already knew I was going to come back and it looks like they have a painting event at the store as well. I am curious to try this out with my wife and juice is included with the small fee for the painting event! I can’t wait to actually try the bowls and more menu items, especially the juices! “I live about an hour and a half away from this location . I was on a road trip and stopped in just to see if they had a restroom and ended up getting food. The girl (I think her name was Krysta ? I'm sorry I wish I could remember)working the night shift on Saturday 10/25/25 was so kind and so helpful . I had never had a poki bowl before and she helped me pick out my food choices with a colossal amount of patience . It was so delicious and I have been craving it ever since I got home. This isn’t just a frozen yogurt shop; it’s a mad science lab where kids gleefully construct monstrous sugar towers, unburdened by concepts like “flavor compatibility” or “digestive consequences.”

The toppings bar is a marvel of excess. Gummy bears? Check. Rainbow jelly? Absolutely. Popping boba? Of course. Fruity Pebbles? Yep. Chocolate sauce AND whipped cream? Naturally. The yogurt itself? Let’s be real—it’s just a $.79 per ounce vehicle for transporting as much candy as possible into my children’s bodies.

The staff is friendly, even as they watch kids systematically empty every topping bin like tiny dessert goblins. Prices are steep, and they used to offer delightful self-serve water infused with floating strawberries—an elegant touch. But they got wise to our hydration freeloading and now charge $2.70 for a bottle. A necessary evil, I suppose, when your child’s cup is 90% gummy worms.

Highly recommend—just maybe bring your own water and don’t schedule a dentist appointment the next day.“

I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk, hot with a cold brew. The matcha was solid and had perfect flavor, temperature. A solid pick me up for sure and the cold brew was strong with a bold flavor.

I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.“
