“My family and I love Big T’s! We’ve been enjoying their pies since they first opened. Recently we had a party for my son’s birthday and we ordered a bunch of pizzas and wings from here. It was our first time ordering a large order from big T’s. We got so many compliments on both the wings and the pies, and most if not all were asking where we ordered from. Also ordering online was a breeze, their website makes it super easy when most online ordering can be super frustrating because it doesn’t give the right options or option to type. Big T’s is our go to pizza shop for both small and big occasions!“

After a few kind repeats, I realize, that I am talking to a ordering service, who is going to connect me directly to the pizza store that I used to order from but no longer, because they do not deliver to my area?I am asking her “why not?,You used to deliver in the past, no problem. Then I notice although their on the same street they are not Pizza Hut, oops my apologies. I am calling the wrong pizza place.I needed to call Pizza Hut to get a clear efficient person ready to deliver my order, who knows my address already, delivers quickly so my pizza is hot. “Ok, whoever is the master who thought these high school kids how to make pizza...you're a genius. This pizza had a snap to the crust. Cooked to perfection. The toppings were generous and very tasty. Everything was extremely fresh. By far one of the best pizzas I've evry had. I tried the meat lovers and the pastrami. These guys nailed it. Promise you this, you will not be disappointed. When I moved from CA I was so worried I’d never find a place like them…thankfully I found something identical all the way out in MI….but it will never hold a candle to this place as it holds a significant place in my heart and so many memories of my dads, even a single slice contains all nostalgia and causes the memories to come flooding back.“

“I placed an order today for delivery and it was missing a few items. I had also requested for the order to be handed to me once it arrived to my home but the driver just placed it on the floor on the the porch in front of the door and didn’t bother to ring the doorbell. By the time I realized the order had arrived it had been sitting there for 15 minutes so it was also cold. I tried calling the store but there was no answer and I kept getting transferred automatically to their corporate customer service department who then tried to transfer me back to the store which again never answered. I was upset that I had to drive to the store to get this resolved. When I arrived, “Adam”, the cashier assisted me. He was extremely professional, calm, and didn’t get defensive at all. He apologized and offered to refund my whole amount, without me having to ask for any sort of compensation. He still gave me the missing items as well. The 5 stars is for Adam and Adam alone. Definitely not for the driver that screwed up my order, and definitely not for corporate who kept transferring me back to the store. Props to Adam for handling the situation the way he did and being professional. Everyone screws up….God knows I do. It’s how you recover from it that matters….hence the 5-Stars. Great job Adam.“
