Stopped by earlier for a quick breakfast and was greeted so kindly by Itzel! She offered amazing customer service and conversed with me beyond simply charging me, and she really made me feel like more than a customer. She asked how my day was, suggested a drink similar to the one I purchased to try in the future, and was so genuine, making the interaction memorable. I will definitely be returning for the amazing customer service, Itzel keep it up!
I want to give it a 1 because it's irrelevant and expensive. I rarely go to Starbucks because it's everything that's wing with capitalism. Overpriced products that draw a lot of attention. You can get coffee for 75% less like everywhere but people like the convenience. I give them a 4 because when I do go the quality is good and their bathrooms are very clean, to and it is convenient.
The Baristas are always nice and helpful. remember to tip!!kids love the cookie crumble or strawberry frap. I cant wait for pumpkin spice to come back ?
