Always pass by this taco truck and finally decided to stop. I tried the pastor and carne asada. Both meats were super soft and had good flavor! I'll definitely be going back to try other menu items.
The flavor of the meat is very rich. The tacos are very well served. The meat seems very soft and with very good intensity in flavor. Tortillas at their point of cooking and hydration.

All the tacos here are very decent, in spite of not having torillas a la mano. The Suadero tacos are straight FIRE!! They have three different sauces to choose from and offer grilled onions, which is a plus. The service is good, and the cooks are on their game, serving those orders out fast.
