“The food was tasty, plentiful, and priced well. Only issue was the food was a little cool. The lettuce and sour cream could explain some of it, but my boyfriend's nachos seemed cooler than expected. The nacho sauce wasn't warm enough. It didn't stop us from devouring the asada nachos and asada super burrito. May now be our go to place as we pass through the area each month.“

“While road-tripping, saw this place pop up on Google Maps. Off we went. Mimi's is a taco truck run by the NICEST woman, and let me tell you the two burritos we got ( chicken and beef) were the tastiest we've had in ages.
