“At least two Sunday mornings a month I’ll find myself eating at Good Stuff with either family, friends or both. Like any restaurant on a Sunday morning, it’s busy. However, the manager Jairo is a pro at keeping things moving and helping out where he is needed to get you in and out in such a way that you’re not waiting too long nor feel rushed to leave. As for the breakfast menu, I’ve tried most everything on there. It’s not ground-breaking but it’s consistently good which is what I’m looking for in a breakfast. Plus, I’ve never heard any of my family or friends say that something wasn’t up to par. Which is why I gave it 4 stars. As for the service it can go from great (thanks Bernie!) to average depending on how much experience your server has. There seems to be a pretty high turnover but it’s only once in a blue moon that I’ll get a horrible server. If you live in the South Bay, you’ve probably eaten here. It’s a South Bay institution, it comfort food and the atmosphere of the restaurant is a reflection of the South Bay. As for the prices, I’d say they are fair. If your looking for a deal maybe you should eat at home. In the end, Good Stuff is worth checking out if you’re on the fence.Vegetarian options: There are some vegan and vegetarian options for any time of the day.“

They were always super supportive and being able to jump in and grab meals to supplement my attempted meal prepping was such an easy and delicious way to meet your nutrition needs! “Blue Bowl Superfoods is great! There are numerous options for acai bases and toppings. A plus is that your total isn't dependent on the number of toppings you choose but on the size of your bowl. Every time I go to Long Beach, I always look forward to indulging in acai bowls from here. The service is average. Employees are fairly friendly. The ambiance is nice. It's located inside a big food court, so it's usually busy.Overall, this place is delightful and I would recommend coming here.“

“Flex protein house is such a hidden gem. I'm so happy I decided to try it out. They have so many options much more than what I thought because I went in for a meal replacement shake, but they have electrolyte drinks. They have pre-workout drinks they have post workout drinks they have during workout drinks they have Meal replacement detox shots they have refreshers they even have protein donuts, which were so delicious. The inside is a very nice upscale lounge vibe with tables, chairs, and inside that mini basketball game. Overall, the vibes were great and I will definitely be coming back.!“
