I ordered an ice cream birthday cake online. The process was super easy and so convenient. On the day of pick up, I was in and out of the store in less than two minutes. I was super satisfied with the job they did on the cake. Not only did the cake look fabulous, but it tasted so good! I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks Baskin Robbins! You understood the assignment and put other ice cream shops to shame!
This was our first visit to Baskin Robbins in Windsor-- what a treat to meet Kody! The entire team was hard working and busy for so late in the evening. Kody was awesome - kind, friendly and helpful --definitely giving five star customer service with a smile! -- and the best hot fudge sundae I've had in a long time. What a sweet treat to see these hard working kids and feel good about supporting our local business. Thank you Kody, keep smiling!

They shouldn't be turning 1/2 the lights off at 9:00pm when they close at 10:00.... Manager really needs to check in with the young girls working here making it look closed. Not good for business & difficult to see when only some of the lights are on. Would've liked to enjoy my ice cream inside but I felt rushed out.
