Aleksandra, Sadee, Corrina and The rest of the staff are a lot of fun we spent a lot of time asking them about which pole I should try. I finally settled on the ribeye steak bowl with no rice… I had to have the garlic Serano sauce which Karina made clear was her favorite and turned out to be mine too but I had to add a couple packets of hot sauce the grapefruit drink I was enjoying was perfect with the spicy flavor and the meat was cooked to perfection! the store is kept very clean! Waba Wednesday means two chicken bowls for $12.99!“

There’s some latitude, given this was a pick up. Pick up was a little slower but not by much. The service area a little marred by the homeless pop around.“

“GREAT chicken. Very crispy and not too heavy like some others out there. Me and my wife ordered 2 small 8 piece bone-in wings (Original Golden flavor), fries and coleslaw. The fries were some of the best I’ve had. Coleslaw was fresh & not too sweet.

My only two gripes with the food are: 1.the price) A little on the expensive end, as back home (Palmdale) we could get an eight piece combo with fries and a drink for the same price as just an 8 piece wings here alone (Korean place too). All good though, inflation hits everyone. Means we just will come here once in a while. And 2) you can only choose one marinade per wing set. Every wing spot I’ve been to allows you to do 1/2 one flavor and 1/2 another. Pretty standard practice, so I thought that was a little disappointing.

One more thing I should mention about the service: I wish the lady (she was Asian) would have suggested me and my wife share a medium (16 piece). It is cheaper to go that route if you both want the same flavor ($30.99) versus two smalls ($33.98). Would have saved us some money and been a nice gesture, but it’s hard to expect that when someone is running a business. Didn’t realize until after the fact.

Anyways, I’d recommend giving them a shot. Just note the things mentioned above before going, if they matter to you.“

The cauliflower dish is so good, but it looks like it’s seasonal, so try it while you can. The workers are all super kind and respectful. they’re fast and very friendly!“

His professionalism, work ethic, courtesy, kindness, respect, and pleasantness should be modeled by all fast food restrictions employees across the country. Including how welcoming he is. I only eat the avocado chicken burrito .. maybe it is just about proportions, the ingredients are the same but the overall taste is always better here than in the one by my house in Moorpark.... My only complaint goes for all pollo locos... buy some better quality aluminum foil... after unwrapping the burritos, the flour tortilla always has a metallic taste..... this feels very wrong to me....aluninum should not be an ingredient in Mexican food.....or any food for that matter....“

“At 1:40am I went in to get some chicken fingers, I ordered the food on the kiosk, I sat down for 2 min and my food was ready. I come to this location once a week and it never disappoints. I always get the caniac combo and it never disappoints. The customer service is fast and the hospitality is outstanding. The BOH and FOH are always on it for this reason I give this canes location 5 stars in every aspect. Who ever the General Manager is, he or she is doing an outstanding job. No wonder this location sells a lot every week.“
