“Absolutely loved our experience at Oliver Pepper! I ordered the shawarma and my boyfriend got the chicken kebab plate—both were incredibly delicious, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can truly taste the quality and care put into the food.

The environment was welcoming and comfortable, but what really made the experience special was interacting with the owner and his family. They were so kind, genuine, and made us feel right at home.

Amazing food, great atmosphere, and even better hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

“I love this spot the owner has great Persian food , the kinda flavor that is so different then the rest of the Persian res in the area, I swear the owner is this older nice men the place has home made food smells so good !He makes the best horash sabzi it’s the green herbs stow it comes with a side of rice and it’s really delicious!My friend loves kabobs so he orders that and says it’s very good !All the locals of the area eat here :)So in case you are in the Woodland Hills neighborhood I recommend grabbing lunch at this placeI enjoy every time I come here it reminds meof my moms food , so thank you for this“

“The lunch special is a really good deal as the food is always hot and delicious. The long grain basmati rice is extremely soft and so delicious. The boneless chicken kabobs are super juicy and cooked to perfection. We also tried the ghormeh sabzi and the gheyme and they were both very good!!! one of my favorite hidden gems on the west side of the valley. The owner is very kind and sweet as the food is made with love.“

I really like this spot. It’s conveniently located in Woodland Hills and they serve some great kebabs. I ordered the Koobideh Kabab and Joojeh Kabab ( chicken Kabab) both were flavorful, juicy, and cooked just right.

It’s a casual, easygoing place to enjoy Persian street food. They’ve cleverly used the back lot of the building for seating, and there are rugs under every table, which gives it a cozy, authentic vibe and music. The live performances were absolutely amazing, creating an energetic and joyful atmosphere throughout the night. The ambiance, service, and food were all top-notch and perfectly matched the vibe of the place.
A special thanks to Mr. Heshmat, the manager, who was present and hands-on, gracefully overseeing everything and making sure every detail was taken care of. His dedication really made a difference.
