“While visiting California, we had one mission, find really good tacos. Mission accomplished.

It was Tuesday, so tacos were non-negotiable. We decided to walk from our hotel to Zamorales Grill, and I’m so glad we did.

I ordered a fish taco and a shrimp taco, plus a burrito bowl, and wow. So much flavor. Fresh, perfectly seasoned, and honestly way more than I was expecting. Every bite delivered.

This place checked all the boxes, great food, worth the walk, and absolutely worth a repeat visit. If you’re craving tacos and nearby, don’t overthink it. Just go.“

“The place has suadero! That's brisket in ingles! And the meat ratio is excellent; no skimping. Plus the amount of salsas and toppings provide for endless flavor combinations! Perhaps the best I've encountered in the in LA and maybe in Cali too! I say this as a native Angeleno and the son of Mexicans. “These tacos hit the spot! We usually get asada, pastor, carnitas, and suedero but want to try the cueritos next time. Love that they use homemade tortillas! The guy taking orders even recognized us from the last time we were there and hooked it up with all the salsas and sides. Can’t wait to come back again soon! Thank you!“

“I've had the coffee drinks before and they're always good, but today I also tried one of the smash burgers and it was so friggin' good. I will definitely be coming back for more.

The staff is always super friendly and greet you when you come in. One employee in particular, Kat, was hilarious and made my drink really well. She's the best!

“This is my favorite late night snack. I get the carne asada tacos with avocado salsa on the side. The best carne asada tacos!! The flavor is delicious. They are consistent so it’s always delicious. I put my friend on and now she’s hooked. I legit crave this truck!

Kid-friendliness: It’s a taco truck so you can take your kids however it is on a public street so always be safe and hold tight to your babies. There are street sleepers around.“

“August 7, 2023 Stopped by and ordered 2 tacos con queso: 1 with birria \u0026 1 with Pollo. They were both delicious, although I loved the one with birria a bit more! Saw a lady eating ramen with hirria.. I might give it a try next time LOL ------------------------ July 13, 2023: Got my nachos fix again tonight!! This time I asked for guacamole on the side, so if i couldn't finish it, the chips won't get soggy. I asked for no beans, no sour cream \u0026 pico de gallo... just cheese \u0026 extra cilantro.. and he made it PERFECT!! Tried Mulitas \u0026 Vampiros too a while ago.. all the food I tried was good! Generous portion too! 5 orders from people who got there before me, so i had to wait a little but its worth it! Service was as great as always.. The ambiance was nice as the weather is cooling down from excessive heat I'm happy for them, their business seemed like going well! Easy parking They put out 2 tables with more chairs now to accommodate more customers. Recommended for others to try their food!“

“Me and my wife, we stopped by to grab a bite we were surprised by the food that they offer my wife order a plate of bistec con papas it came with salad, rice and beans and tortillas this is not your regular Carne Asada tacos or AlPastore taco truck don’t get me wrong. There’s nothing wrong with those type of Tacos. but these tacos. we’re different. I got myself two tacos of Chicharron. In salsa Verde. The customer service here is the best they are the sweetest plus they offer all payments be it cash, card, Zelle. “I work across the street and was working a later night and they were a convenient option to have! They make their own tortillas which is a plus. I ordered an Al pastor burrito which was a very good size and packed with meat. I found the Al pastor to be a little too salty. It was still very good but definitely needed salsa to cut up the saltiness and oiliness. Overall worth a try if you’re in the area and want some Mexican food. I think their tacos are more delicious!“

“What a unique venue with a 70’s vibe! Came here to see Paco Versailles, and had an absolutely fantastic time! Was an easy walk from the Surfrider Hotel. Food available. Can use the couches during a live performance if you commit to spending $100 (We didn’t do this- preferred to stand and dance. Plus, majority of them were pre-reserved anyway). Has a small parking lot, but folks also parked on the street (the PCH). Would love to return to see another live performance the next time we are back out this way.“

“Chorizo Breakfast Burrito was by far, one of the best burritos we’ve had. It was delicious. We would definitely go back & try a different breakfast burrito & of course their Birria tacos because that’s what they’re mainly known for. Great choice you won’t be disappointed.“
