“Ordered 6 meals for the family and a crispy chicken salad. The person who took our order read back everything, including the salad and the type of dressing to us. We had a large order, so we just drove home. We got everything, but the salad was missing. We then checked the receipt, and it was not on it. We didn't get charged for it, but one family member had to make a sandwich at home. Other than that it was good as usual!“

“The food is bomb. The Mac n chicken is super good and so are the sandwiches. I wish they had a Louisiana hot chicken option as it would be better, but it's still pretty good. They've got really good Mac, but could use sharper cheese for more of a kick. Also, the drinks aren't all that bad.

P.S. We compete in the JDM game so come to me for cars, maintenance, and service, but go to them for food because I only cook for my kids lol.“

“The lemon pepper chicken, so crispy and tasty. The ranch and comeback sauce enhanced the already great taste. Cajun fries were excellent 👌 😋 the 4 piece was too much for my Son in Love and I. We took Two drumsticks fries and a small piece of the boneless thigh home. My wife and daughter will be happy!“

Justin knows how to get the orders out fast when it’s really super busy and when there’s a lot of pressure. His skill at working under pressure is amazing. I ordered the half chicken combo which included three side items. The chicken itself is super juicy and delicious. For my side items, I got a double side of potato salad and rice and they too were mouth watering. The person who waited on us was an extremely pleasant man who turned out to be the owner. He gave me a brief history on the restaurant which I found to be very interesting. Owning a successful food establishment requires a lot of work. Having to change up your menu items and re decorate the dining room every couple years sounds like a huge challenge. I will definitely be back in the future to try one of their Korean entrees. Did I mention that the other half of the menu is Korean food? Extremely diverse menu!!!!!!!“

“Came to this place because i was in the area and love pollo campero. I am very pleased with my experience here. My food came quick and freshly hot which was amazing. The Food tasted incredible, it was well cooked. The workers were super kind and it was nicely tidy inside. I would definitely come to this location again. I had a wonderful experience in this pollo campero.“

“This was a really great place, with the food being aweome for a few reasons:
1. The employees and owner were super cordial and very professional.
2. The food was very excellent; with the powered cheese fries being so creative, and I couldn't get over them. Its like powered popcorn, but potato fires, super weird, super creative. I loved it. The chicken was also very awesom, I recommend the secret sauce.
3. The place was clean, had cool shows and music broadcasting with aesthetics that fit for this establishment.
Overall, This place is a Must Be when passing by. You will not be disappointed.

By the way, not sure why some people are giving this place low star's; I've grown up in bad, to good area's, so I know a thing or two, and know that this must be down bad people with a bit of money, or bad attitudes, and just want a free meal or hate on people doing good. “I was in yesterday around 5:00 pm with my grandson. The nice young man at the counter was very patient & helpful. I didn’t get his name. Our food came promptly & my grandson knocked over his chocolate milk. I started to clean it up & Nancy came over & quickly cleaned it up & brought me a clean tray & another chocolate milk. “Krazy good! My wife and I often go for the #2 deal there. Thigh and wing, potato wedges, and biscuit. The meat has a Cajun injected seasoning (?), is moist and crunchy with a great coating. It’s my favorite in town. The potato wedges have a yummy coating on them as well, and the honey butter flavor to the biscuits is incredible. It’s all so good!“

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Breakfast Factory in the Brea Mall food court, and let me tell you, it was a very tasty experience! While they offer some mouthwatering breakfast burritos that caught my eye, I decided to try their smash burger menu this time.

I went for the double cheeseburger smash burger combo, which came with a generous portion of crispy fries and a drink that had free refills—always a plus! The burger was a true standout, featuring their house sauce that reminded me of a delicious Thousand Island dressing, along with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Every bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.

I was thoroughly impressed and can’t wait to go back and try their breakfast offerings and other menu items. If you’re in the area and looking for a satisfying meal, The Breakfast Factory is definitely worth a visit! Five stars all the way!“

“Came on Thursday, The manager Juan is the reason this place is amazing, the crew all looks happy and he made my pregnant wife a custom shake! Said they use to serve it, They were busy and he still took the time to make sure we were taken care of. The food was great and spicy the sauce was absolutely the best with the chicken tenders. Our kid comes here for lunch from the high school he says the same about Juan and the girl couldn't get her name but she's always there most mornings.
