“Ordered 6 meals for the family and a crispy chicken salad. The person who took our order read back everything, including the salad and the type of dressing to us. We had a large order, so we just drove home. We got everything, but the salad was missing. We then checked the receipt, and it was not on it. We didn't get charged for it, but one family member had to make a sandwich at home. Other than that it was good as usual!“

I ordered the half chicken combo which included three side items. The chicken itself is super juicy and delicious. For my side items, I got a double side of potato salad and rice and they too were mouth watering. The person who waited on us was an extremely pleasant man who turned out to be the owner. He gave me a brief history on the restaurant which I found to be very interesting. Owning a successful food establishment requires a lot of work. Having to change up your menu items and re decorate the dining room every couple years sounds like a huge challenge. I will definitely be back in the future to try one of their Korean entrees. Did I mention that the other half of the menu is Korean food? Extremely diverse menu!!!!!!!“

“This was a really great place, with the food being aweome for a few reasons:
1. The employees and owner were super cordial and very professional.
2. The food was very excellent; with the powered cheese fries being so creative, and I couldn't get over them. Its like powered popcorn, but potato fires, super weird, super creative. I loved it. The chicken was also very awesom, I recommend the secret sauce.
3. The place was clean, had cool shows and music broadcasting with aesthetics that fit for this establishment.
Overall, This place is a Must Be when passing by. You will not be disappointed.

By the way, not sure why some people are giving this place low star's; I've grown up in bad, to good area's, so I know a thing or two, and know that this must be down bad people with a bit of money, or bad attitudes, and just want a free meal or hate on people doing good. “I came to celebrate my birthday here. It was a good time. We ordered a lot of food; A whole chicken, galbi wings, soy garlic wings, cheesling wings, original wings and rosé rice cakes. The sauced wings are the way to go. Easy to share + eat with gloves provided and convenient to take home leftovers since they already come in a cardboard box. Parking is plentiful. Music always playing on the screen. AC works just fine.“

Our food came promptly & my grandson knocked over his chocolate milk. I started to clean it up & Nancy came over & quickly cleaned it up & brought me a clean tray & another chocolate milk. I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Breakfast Factory in the Brea Mall food court, and let me tell you, it was a very tasty experience! While they offer some mouthwatering breakfast burritos that caught my eye, I decided to try their smash burger menu this time.

I went for the double cheeseburger smash burger combo, which came with a generous portion of crispy fries and a drink that had free refills—always a plus! The burger was a true standout, featuring their house sauce that reminded me of a delicious Thousand Island dressing, along with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Every bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.

I was thoroughly impressed and can’t wait to go back and try their breakfast offerings and other menu items. If you’re in the area and looking for a satisfying meal, The Breakfast Factory is definitely worth a visit! Five stars all the way!“

“Came on Thursday, The manager Juan is the reason this place is amazing, the crew all looks happy and he made my pregnant wife a custom shake! Said they use to serve it, They were busy and he still took the time to make sure we were taken care of. The food was great and spicy the sauce was absolutely the best with the chicken tenders. Our kid comes here for lunch from the high school he says the same about Juan and the girl couldn't get her name but she's always there most mornings.
