“Evan's is hands down one of the best BBQ joints around. Every visit has been spot-on — not a single miss! The brisket is absolutely killer, and that summer salad hits the spot (gotta balance out the meat and healthy items...right?).

For my birthday, my wife catered from Evan's, and they nailed it. One of the standout items was the smoked chicken, and let me tell you — the tray of chicken thighs they delivered looked like something straight out of a championship turn-in box.

Each thigh had a beautifully rendered, bite-through skin — a true pitmaster's touch — and the meat was perfectly juicy, coming clean off the bone without falling apart. Flavor? On point. Smoke? Clean and balanced. It was BBQ chicken perfection.

I would add a picture but that tray of chicken got hit like a trash can at midnight by a family of raccoons!“

“This place offers a consistent churro, time over time. It's not the greatest churro I ever had, but it is pretty good. THere's always a line but it moves fast. They run out of the dulce de leche topping early in the evening every time though. I went there as late as 10:30 PM to get my churro and I live over 30 minutes away from there.“

“Every time I see Common Ground Kitchen post, I get excited because I know it’s going to be good. You honestly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The Banh Mi sandwich, Cubanos, tacos, loaded tots—and THE WINGS! Their wing game is on another level.

“We love this place! We come every time we’re in California. I love Mariscos so this place is for me. Their agua chile is delicious, enough shrimp and octopus to fill you up! Not to mention to mention the avacado it is top tier as you can tell in the pictures. We also had the OC tostada it is very good there is no spice on this one which was perfect for our little one. They do have condiments; tapatillo, vanentino etc that you can add. The guy in the truck was super nice, even gave us some stickers. Parking lot is huge and free so plenty of parking.“

We had the carne asada, carnitas, al pastor, cabeza, and lengua tacos. Everything had great flavor - our favorite was the carne asada. We loved the grilled onions! Not sure how they're seasoned, but they were good! Also, the prices were very reasonable. My experience with food trucks has been that they are generally overpriced. Not the case at Adam's Tacos. We fed our family of 5 under $40 which is not very common these days. If you're looking for good tacos in the area, I'd recommend you give this place a shot.“

“I LOVE La Cascada! It's a country club atmosphere (and we are members of Tapatio Springs CC) but the dining is open to the public. The views out to the golf course are beautiful, the atmosphere is modern and elegant, food EXCELLENT, and service also EXCELLENT. “I love this taco truck! The service was amazing and everyone was so kind. My boyfriend accidentally dropped all three of his tacos right after getting them 😅 When he went back to order more, they asked if something was wrong with the tacos. He explained what happened and they offered to replace all of them! He insisted on paying for another 3, but when the order was ready, they surprised us with 4 tacos instead! 🥹❤️

The first couple of bites were great with coffee, especially on the outside where it’s crispy but just towards the middle of the whole thing it’s kind of chewy. It’s heavy in butter and grease and then coated heavily with sugar. SO, I think you should definitely get it to taste it, but share it between at least 3 to 5 people.

“I have a difficult time finding late night taco trucks since moving down to Orange County, but on my way home from a Punk show, I accidentally passed by this spot and had to flipped a uey. Absolutely worth the questionable traffic violation. My Spanish isn't great but ordered 4 al pastor tacos with the spiciest salsa (roja). Perfectly seasoned, juicy, flavorful, and has the classic charred bits for a nice crunch which I love. The salsa roja does not play. I'm Lao/Thai and it's easily a 4/5 spicy, but did not overpower the taste of the tacos. It was missing pineapples for a classic al pastor, but it's okay, it was still great. Finding tacos for under $3 in this economy is rough, but bless the taqueros who keep it affordable and tasty.“

“legit one of the best pizzas i have had off a food truck and definitely a great pizza overall. just tried them at the festival of nations in la palma and had their meat lovers and BBQ chicken pizza.

the BBQ chicken in particular blew me away. most BBQ chicken pizza is kinda bland but this one had amazing flavor and the chicken wasn’t dry. the sauce had real character and complexity and the overall taste was something to remember.
