“Chill place with decent coffee. The Elvis latte was good but really sweet, and kind of pricey for a smaller coffee. Options for people who don’t like coffee too. Lots of seating and the outdoor seating was a nice plus. Friendly and quick service.

“I recently visited this Parris Baguette and had an outstanding experience. I went up to a worker and asked help with recommendations, the girl named Trina helped me out and
I was particularly impressed with their knowledge about the menu. I ultimately decided on the strawberry croissant, and a caramel macchiato, it was delicious, and she made the macchiato really well, I'll be coming back here again.“

“Cute breakfast cafe space in a small stripmall with amazing friendly service. Their café de olla and chocolate chunk cookie hits the spot! Probably the best cookie in town for people prefer soft centers (not cookie dough soft) and crispy edges. We also enjoyed their Cubano and breakfast sandwich with candied bacon. Great option for grab n' go or pitstop for a recharge.“

“If I could leave a higher star rating, I absolutely would! live out of state and was looking for a place to host my sister in law's baby shower. The very sweet Alisha (and her staff) went out of her way over and over to make this such a beautiful day. The location was adorable, food was insanely delicious, the drinks and desserts were absolutely incredible. And my sweet sister was delighted. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the best day! I will make a stop in here each time I'm in town.“

“Not the same bakery as years past but it still provides a limited # of pastries & cakes. The Mango Supreme Slice was very flavorful. $4.49.
Dietary restrictions: The Strawberry Black Tea was very good, slightly sweet. Remember, it's a tea first - with flavoring; a good option in lieu of sodas or sweet drinks.“
“There are a few reasons to visit this gelato shop:1. The gelato is top notch. In particular, the Nutella.2. You can enjoy your gelato sitting in the amazing, 17 story atrium of the Hyatt. It’s a wonder to see.3. This place is very close to several hotels in the area- very convenient when you are craving gelato in this area.“

“What a pleasant surprise to see a Red Ribbon bake shop in Anaheim. My sister thought that sweets would make a pasalubong complete, and so I chose a bag with several pieces of individually wrapped caramel bar, mango bar and mamon with cheese. I read the expiry dates. There’s one that’ll expire in 2 days, the other one in 5 days. In hindsight, all of them will be wiped out in a flash, so who cares about these expiry dates now? 😂
While paying at the cashier, I glanced at the advertisement of cool drinks, I couldn’t resist the urge to order one, so I got the iced ube milk; it’s so is legit, delightfully superb! I loved it!
The next day, I gave away these sweets upon arrival; 101% guaranteed, grandkids enjoyed every single bite! Highly recommended!
Parking: Lots of parking spaces, you may park behind the building if the front is full. Keep an eye on the curb side pickup, they’re usually in a hurry.“

“Smaller than your usual 85 degrees. I made a quick stop to buy at cake for a birthday. The store was clean; breads and pastries were well organized.
The cashier was incredibly friendly and helpful. She included a birthday tag, cake knife and candles which other locations I've frequented have never included.
I'll make another visit the next time I'm in Orange county.“

“Friendly workers. Delicious pastries.“
“I visit 85 Degrees on a daily basis with my kids and we get drinks and pastries. In my younger days I worked in customer service at the Ritz Carton, a 5 Diamond Resort, so I'm very picky. I notice some of your workers make your coffees better than other workers. We visit several of your locations, but today we were at the Chino Hills store. Jesse McKinon stood out to us today, for we received outstanding service and excellent coffee. Thank you for the wonderful experience.Best Regards and keep up the good work 85,Kristine McKinleyP.S. Brandon usually makes our coffee and he is exceptional as well. He is also from the Chino Hills location, but I recall previously seeing him at your Azusa location as well. I'm so glad he is still with you.“

“I went in to pick up 2 cakes and 2 cakes slices. There were 2 young men working the counter. I came to find out their names were Matt and Benny. Matt was the one working the register and Benny was labeling bread. I was approaching the register when Matt stepped away, leaving Benny up front. I waited for what felt like 10 minutes, with Matt being no where in sight and Benny just labeling bread. Here is what I find to be a pet preeve of mine. If you are in customer service, your main objective is to serve the customer. Not labeling bread and clearly seeing someone standing at the register and continue to label bread as if it's not his responsibility to handle customers. Even if it isn't, the customer doesn't know that, so it's a bad look. By the time Matt returned to the register I forgot the name of the cake I saw in the display and he took my order wrong because we almost walked away with 1 cake slice instead of the 2 I asked for. These are easy fixes that this establishment can work on, wether it be better customer service training or hiring people who actually want to work. Now mind you this encounter happened 3 weeks ago, but the reason why I'm posting publicly now is because I did post on Paris Baguette's website first only to come and find out that the intended reader never saw the post. So a lot of good that does to have the manager on the responses recommend going on their website to post a complaint only for it to get lost in the abyss of their dead email pile. Their sandwiches are always good and so are the cakes, but that is not enough to keep customers coming back, it's also the feeling that the establishment appreciates their customers. Do better Paris.“
