This restaurant was fantastic, one of the best we have been to in a while and we eat out a lot. Steak tar tar: this is under the mains and we always eat it for an app but I understand why, the portion is very large for a steak tar tar. Crab and cheese souflee: was very tasty would order again. Crouqe madame: was great. One of my husband's favorites Pork belly and lentils: was listed as an app but it was big enough to be a meal.
So worth the two hour drive from Rocklin! This little bistro is adorable and cozy! And the food--- sooo delicious! My French hubby was very happy with his crispy pigs feet and my mousse of duck liver was OUTSTANDING!! It's been a long time since I've had one so creamy and flavorful! This is a charming French bistro. Our server, Ian, only added to the charm with his warmth, efficiency, and kindness. As an appetizer, we ordered the crispy pig's foot. My dinner partner was reluctant to try that but fell completely in love with it, which made me laugh.
