Our visit to Hill Family Estate was a last minute decision. We had 30 minutes before our dinner reservation next door and decided to pop in as their tasting was a really good price. Both Jim and Eric were just wonderful hosts! They went above and beyond and we just had a great conversation with them both, outside of just the wine. We booked through Napa Valley Wine Excursions and were greeted by Eric and Emily with a bottle of bubbly we actually got to saber ourselves. Next we were given a tour of the facility and vines. At the tasting we arrived to a customized menu that even wished me a happy birthday! It was so peaceful and relaxed. My girlfriends and I had a wonderful visit to Hill Family for my 40th birthday. Eric, our host was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was our favorite tasting experience of the weekend.
