This is only chilé and dry posolê my and Atolé my grandma would use except for when we would visit family in New Mexico and where she was born. I still cook my grandmas New Mexico recipes that been passed down for the last 200 years! Everyone loved her cooking and still to this day no one compares. I love their products! Born and raised Co. Springs and my family has used their product for years. When I visit I try and stick up on the red chili and the caribe. I'm now low on chili and nothing else compares! The absolute best ever!! I miss being able to have easy access at King Soopers and getting it when ever I need it. I live Ca. and tried many different red chili and nothing comes close, I'm spoiled with Fernandez Chili. Is there anyway I can order online? I've searched...read full review

This is a commercial wholesale location. It is not a retail store or a restaurant. However there was a gentleman here who was kind enough to direct us to a local meat market in town that sells Fernandez chili products: Valley Meat Market at 808 West Ave, Alamosa, CO 81101. I've also found some of their spices at my local King Soopers near Denver.
