got home missing 2 of my items, called in and had the employee argue with me whether or not it was wrung up. so I will not return. spent $30 everytime I set foot in there. sad to loose a customer over something so stupid. come on einstein train your staff in customer service
I work in the area and I have a negative experience 9 out of 10 times I visit this location. Today is just the latest. I went in and there were only 3 or 4 kinds of bagels available on Sunday at 1130. If you visit this location after 2 pm the chairs are up and employees are mopping the floor. They are clearly annoyed at having to make food two hours before close. I have gotten the chorizo sunrise sand which with a hair in it. Can I just say thank you for being a superior Einstein's? We just waited 10 min for a single untoasted bagel w schmear at another location...and opened the bagel to find 1/4 the amount of schmear you always give me. Thanks for your great service!
