I do recommend Hickory House but I’m not happy my past 2 delivery orders.
Ordered the double meat burger well done March 15 but arrived medium rare.
Placed order March 20 for double meat burger well done and once again arrived medium rare. This time I called the restaurant but was told there was nothing they could do. I hope they decide to credit me for the burger I received tonight.
Great food and fast service. Our waiter was friendly. They got busy in there but we didn’t have to wait long for our meal. I forgot to ask for sauce on the side but other than that all of the meat was tender and savory. I got the protein plate with salad and brisket, pulled pork and bbq chicken breast.

The sandwiches are perfection, and they have fresh squeeze OJ and really good coffee. The staff is amazing, super attentive and friendly. This is an iconic place in Aspen and everyone should stop by.
